Policy:  Community Care may not intimidate, threaten, coerce, discriminate against, or take other retaliatory action against individuals who, regarding the use and/or disclosure of their protected health information: exercises their rights (including their right to file a complaint); who files a complaint with the Secretary of HHS, testifies, assists, or participates in an investigation, compliance review, proceeding or hearing governing the Privacy Rule; or opposes any act or practice made unlawful by the Privacy Rule.
