1.MEP.25 Motor Vehicle and Insurance Procedure

Policy:  Community Care requires employees and contractees to carry vehicle insurance that has coverage no less than $100,000 for medical per person, $300,000 liability, and includes no less than $100,000 for uninsured motorist coverage. Employee and contractee drivers' licenses will be validated annually. This validation will include a review of driving records and confirmation that vehicles used to transport clients have valid inspections and age appropriate passenger restraints.
