Policy: While our work place may provide an attractive forum for other activities, our primary responsibility is the performance of Community Care functions. Activities other than the performance of these duties may be considered intrusions by other employees and by visitors.
The sole exceptions to this policy are charitable and community activities supported by Community Care management and Company-sponsored programs related to Community Care products and services. All other solicitations, and/or distribution by employees of printed matter, or solicitations in any manner including e-mail, for funds, products, services, memberships, or for any other reason on company property is not permitted, except in non-work areas during the non-work time of all involved. The distribution of any literature or other written material within work or customer areas is prohibited. Non-employees are prohibited from soliciting or distributing literature on Community Care premises.
