Procedure:

The Privacy Officer will work with the Training Officer to schedule a series of trainings for existing providers.� The Training Officer will coordinate with the Privacy Officer to ensure that all new hires after 4/13/03 receive the Privacy Rule Training during their Pre-Service training curriculm by incorporating this training into the schedule of mandatory trainings.� All training attendance will be documented and become a part of the Provider's Personnel Record.�
