Procedure: The Privacy Officer will forward the Notice of Privacy Practices to the MIS Manager for publication on the web site. The MIS Manager will create a link on the agency's website that allows interested parties to read and print the Notice. The Privacy Officer will update and send revised Privacy Notices to the MIS Manager for posting.
