Policy: Each referral made to Community Care will be treated on an individual basis and decisions to provide or not provide service will be made after thorough review and consultation with the client and/or referent. Once eligibility is determined and the decision to provide service is made, it shall be the policy of Community Care to ensure that there are no artificial barriers to clients receiving services.
