Policy:  Community Care policy is that clients have the right to fair and equitable treatment, including the right to receive services in a non-discriminatory manner. Community Care will not discriminate in the provision of services regardless of an individual's religious preference, sex, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, age, race, national or ethnic origin, or disability-whether physical, psychological, emotional-or any other areas of potential discrimination. Community Care will ensure that there are no reasonably avoidable barriers to clients or applicants receiving services. Individuals seeking services that fall outside of the range of services provided by Community Care will be referred to other community resources where their needs may be better served
