Procedure |
Policy: Community Care is responsible for maintaining and following a documented procedure that defines the actions to be taken in any situation requiring a workforce member’s access to electronic information be removed. This procedure must include actions for both friendly and unfriendly termination situations and for information technology staff possessing elevated privileges or account information.
