Policy:  The background of all Community Care workforce members must be adequately reviewed during the hiring process. All Community Care workforce members who access Community Care information systems must sign a Confidentiality and Access Agreement signifying their commitment to and understanding of their responsibility for the protection of the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Community Care’s data. This confidentiality agreement will be stored in the employee personnel file.
