Procedure:  In the event a staff member needs emergency access to Community Care electronic information the staff member will contact their or another supervisor who may request access from the IT Department. If a supervisor or the IT Department is unavailable the pager system may be used to obtain additional supervisor or IT Deparment staff emergency contact information.
