Tuition Aid Program |
Procedure |
Policy: Community Care policy is to encourage employees to pursue academic advancement and achievement in their field of study and to obtain and/or maintain certification/licensure within their profession. To this end, the Agency has developed a Tuition Aid Program to stimulate interest in off-the-job advanced education of its employees for on-the-job professional development. The primary objective of the Tuition Aid Program is to encourage and financially assist providers in the obtainment of a college degree and/or maintenance of their professional license/certification. This will permit employees to acquire greater skills and training in areas mutually beneficially to the employee and the Agency.
