Procedure |
Policy: Community Care policy is to provide a prompt and confidential medical examination and appropriate aftercare for any employee incurring an occupational exposure. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) defines occupational exposure as specific eye, mouth, other mucous membrane, non-intact skin, or parenteral contact with blood, body fluids or tissues, or other potentially infectious materials that results from the performance of an employee’s duties.
