Policy: Community Care policy is that all staff personnel leaving their positions with Community Care are offered the opportunity to participate in an exit interview. Community Care is dedicated to providing a quality workplace for each of its staff. When they choose to leave the Agency, we are interested in learning about their perceptions of the organization and about their professional experience with the Agency. Feedback from employees is an important step in making necessary improvements to the work environment.
