7.MEP.28 Physical Assessment Requirements Procedure

Policy:  It is the policy of Community Care that all employees, foster parents, direct care contractees, students and volunteers must receive a physical exam, including a skin tuberculin test, prior to engaging in their regular employment or contracted duties at Community Care. It is the intent of Community Care to maintain procedures and practices in the area of Physical Assessments in order to meet the requirements of licensing and accreditation entities.
