Procedure |
Policy: It shall be the policy of Community Care to grant employees a Personal Leave of Absence without pay for urgent and compelling personal, educational, or civic business or public service commitments when such requests do not qualify for state or federal FMLA and will serve the best interests of both the employee and the agency, protect the employment rights of the employees and assure quality internal and external customer service and adequate staffing.
