Procedure |
Policy: IIt shall be the policy of Community Care to grant exempt and non-exempt full and part-time high employees a military leave of absence without pay under the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act of 1994. Reservists and National Guard members will be granted unpaid time off to participate in summer encampments and/or cruises.
