Policy: Community Care policy that certain standards regarding employee behavior are necessary for the benefit and safety of all employees and clients and effective business operations. Conduct that interferes with the work with clients, discredits the Agency, or is offensive to clients; customers or coworkers will not be tolerated. This policy does not supercede but rather supplements other Agency policies. Actions by employees, including those occurring outside the workplace or after work hours, may affect their ability to do their job and exercise sound judgment in safety and welfare of clients and may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
