Procedure |
Policy: When Community Care maintains a web site that contains information about services it will prominently post its notice of privacy on that web site and make the notice available electronically through the web site. Notwithstanding the web site posting, an individual, upon request, retains the right to obtain a paper copy of the Privacy Notice at all times.
