Procedure |
Policy: Community Care procedure is to comply with all applicable federal and state Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements. The Agency will assure appropriate handicap parking accessibility and have procedures to enforce the appropriate use of parking spaces and other accessibility. Accessibility aids, such as ramps and sidewalks, will be free from blockage or debris.
