Procedure: The program coordinator/team supervisors and clinical supervisors for CFSS are available to support workers when needed. It is the responsibility of the program coordinator to ensure that all support workers have an updated copy of all phone numbers for each supervisor. All numbers for the program director are also to be provided to support workers in the event the program coordinator/ team supervisor or clinical supervisor cannot be reached.
