Procedure |
Policy: It shall be the policy of Community Care to utilize an agency-wide approach to measuring, assessing, and improving performance. This process occurs in a regular cycle, not less than annually, for each program or service area, by using the FOCUS, PDCA Cycle of the Hospital Corporation of America. This approach to planning for improvement is to ensure that the processes utilized in delivering services are well designed, employ systemic techniques to measure the delivery of services, assess the results, and implement appropriate changes that will better serve clients.
