Policy: It is the policy of Community Care to engage in a quality monitoring process that involves conducting examinations of its internal processes including: outreach, intake, assessment, and service delivery, to identify barriers and opportunities to serving any group within its defined service population. Additionally, the quality monitoring processes will include examining human resources deployment training, and supervision of all employees and/or contractees.
