Policy: Community Care values and respects each client's right to express or practice their religious and spiritual beliefs. Community Care will conduct ongoing assessment of the client's interest in religious and spiritual development. Community Care will ensure that clients are provided appropriate opportunities for religious and spiritual practice/expression.
