Policy: Community Care respects every person's right to communicate with family members and/or other significant persons by phone, mail, and/or in person, and will ensure that this right is maintained. In all attempts to ensure this right to communicate, Community Care will not deny access to phone use, will not censor or open mail, and will not deny visitation services in any case, unless required by law or by the client's guardian (in writing).
