Quarterly Audit of Active Network Accounts |
Procedure |
Policy: Community Care is responsible for creating, maintaining and following a procedure to audit active network accounts to ensure that any accounts related to inactive workforce members have been disabled. These audits will take place no less than quarterly and the results will be forwarded to the HIPAA Security Officer. This policy does not replace or negate the need to follow policy 6.ME.31 Termination of Access to Electronic Information.
