Policy: Those performing services for Community Care will store confidential or proprietary information pertaining to Community Care, its providers or its clients, only on Agency-owned or maintained computers and peripherals. Exceptions to this policy will be made by the program supervisor only when the Authorization to Store Proprietary Confidential Data is agreed to, signed by both the program supervisor and the service provider, is on file with the Quality Assurance and Compliance department and compliance with its requirements are met. Employees who violate this policy may be subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination as described in Community Care Policy 7.ME.20, Disciplinary Procedures & Dismissal for Cause.
