Procedure: 1) Community Care will enforce a "no photos" policy, facilitating our ability to protect patient privacy, focusing specifically on the proper documentation of releases and authorizations for photographs, videos, tapings, etc.
a) Specific authority will rest with the Executive Director or designee to permit the use of photographic equipment at Community Care facilities.
b) Should permission be granted, then Releases must be obtained from the appropriate parties involved.
