Procedure: In order to ensure that network accounts exist for active workforce members only, the following will occur whenever a Foster Parent leaves the workforce: The Team Area Manager will notify the Foster Care Developer that the Foster Parent contract has terminated; The Foster Care Developer will update the NewMain database within 48 hours of the home closing and cause an autogenerated email to be sent to the IT department; the IT department will delete the account as soon as is reasonable and document the deletion of the account according to standard documentation procedures.
