Policy: It shall be the policy of Community Care that all who are associated with the work provided by the agency have a personnel record. The personnel record will contain information and documentation pertinent to their qualifications, background, work, supervision, and training. This includes employees, contracted foster parents, contracted service providers, volunteers, and student interns.
