Policy: It shall be the policy of Community Care to ensure equal employment opportunity for all without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, natural origin, ancestry, age, or disability (physical and/or mental handicap). We also recognize and ensure equal employment opportunity to other special classes such as disabled veterans, individuals who have undergone mental health or substance abuse treatment, etc.; except where based on a bona fide occupational qualification.
