Procedure |
Policy: It shall be the policy of Community Care to grant full and part-time high employees a jury/witness duty leave of absence when they are called by the court system to serve as a member of a jury or as a witness. The Jury/Witness Duty Leave of Absence will be granted for the period of such service.
