Policy: It is the policy of Community Care to maintain a starting salary and benefits scale that is set by the management team. Amounts stated in this structure will be reviewed regularly for necessary adjustments. Adjustment of this starting salary and benefits scale will be determined through the consideration of local and national trends, retaining and recruitment of employees, and budgetary restraints. Additionally Community Care will adhere to state and federal regulations and laws with respect to compensation of employees.
