                            Policy:  Community Care Policy is to grant up to twelve (12) weeks of family and medical leave during any 12-month period to eligible employees, in accordance with the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993 and An Act to Protect Victims of Crimes in the Workplace of 1999; and up to 26 weeks of leave in any 12-month period in compliance with the expansion of FMLA under The Support for Injured Servicemembers Act of 2007.
