8.MEP.2 Cell Phone Use Procedure

Policy:  Community Care will assign an agency cell phone, as needed, to key employees, those employees that are on-call consistently given their job duties, and to staff working in the community when it is determined that it is a safety issue and it is approved by the Program Director. The cost of this may be shared between the Agency and the employee.
