Policy:  It is the policy of Community Care to, at times, contract with external service providers in order to successfully meet the needs of persons served. Additionally, it is the policy of Community Care to contract with external organizations as a vendor, to provide services to persons served by those external organizations when such action best meets the needs of the person(s) served. Furthermore, all persons who enter into contracts with Community Care must adhere to all Community Care policies and procedures regarding professional practices and confidentiality. Any violation of such may result in termination of the contract.
